SHIPPING POLICY

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?
All orders are collected by our courier within 72 hours of placing your order. Orders are processed throughout each working day (Monday – Friday), excluding weekends and bank holidays. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ‘Complete’ when your order has been processed ready for collection by our courier, followed by your tracking information on the day that your order is being shipped out.

I LIVE IN THE UAE, WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We are a US Register company, providing standard 15-20 Working Day Shipping with DPD at $7, including full tracking updates to your mobile or email. You can also download the free DPD app which allows you to manage your shipment, for example, select your delivery time slot, leave with a neighbor or deliver to a different address within your same post code area.

All orders over $300 qualify for free standard shipping which will automatically be applied at the checkout.

Our Next Day and Saturday Delivery service is temporarily suspended until further notice.

I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE UAE, WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
For International Shipping we use DPD who partner with hand-over couriers local to each international country. As international customers you will be provided with this information via your tracking notifications during shipping of your parcel to the contact number or email address you have given at the checkout.

For estimated time frames for international orders please select your country from the drop-down menu above. All time frames are based on working/business days which do not include weekends or public holidays. Please note that these shipping times are advised by our courier and do not include any delays caused at customs which are unfortunately beyond our control.

We do not offer express shipping at this time however all International orders are processed and shipped within 24hours of placing your order (excluding weekend and public holidays). You are notified of completion when your order has been processed and when it has been collected by the courier.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES OR CUSTOMS CHARGES?
Unfortunately, International taxes and custom charges are out of our control and you may be required to pay sales tax and or duty/Customs charges depending on your location. If you have concerns regarding applicable customs charges to your country or state, we advise you to contact your local customs office to find out what fees may be relevant to you. Taxes and customs charges are not the responsibility of Ballers and are not included in the total of the order or shipping cost and are not responsible for any additional taxes or charges that may occur during the journey of your order.

BUT WAIT, I HAVE MORE QUESTIONS?
If a change of address is made directly with our courier service, Ballers will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered goods.

If you need to change your delivery address after your order has been placed prior to your order being shipped, please contact support@bootsdubai.shop with your Name, Order Number and the new full shipping address. Please also ensure your contact information is correct at the checkout to be able to receive your parcel tracking information. If you believe this to have been inputted incorrectly after payment has been successful, please contact us to amend this for you.

If an error such as an incomplete address is made during the input of your order in the checkout process, Ballers have the right to charge a fee of $3.00 for all UK orders and $10.00 for all International orders in the circumstance of a parcel requiring to be re-shipped.

Shipping charges on all orders for both UAE and International countries is non-refundable. Boots Dubai cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels during transit, nor is Boots Dubai responsible for any parcel delays outside of the advised time frames. Any issues regarding this must be taken up with the courier/local depot.

ADDITIONAL NOTE

The cost of all shipping provided on Boots Dubai site is not a reflection of customer return shipping costs from both UAE or international destinations. It is the full responsibility of the customer to find the cost or return shipping and is not under any circumstance covered by Ballers. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We hope you love your Boots Dubai pieces, but we aim to have everything exactly what you need, so if you need a refund or exchange, please follow our returns policy below.

CHRISTMAS EXTENDED RETURNS
We have extended our 30 day return policy for the Christmas period. Any gift purchased between November 15, 20233 and December 15, 2023 requiring a refund or exchange must be returned to our warehouse by January 14, 2024.

RETURN POLICY
All returns must reach us within 30 days of the date you made the purchase.

ITEM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS
Items must not have been worn or damaged
Items must be free of tan stains from wear or trying on
Items must have all tags and security tapes attached and intact
Unfortunately, our returns are not free at this time, so return shipping costs will have to be paid by you.

You will receive a confirmation email from us within 72 hours of receiving your return advising that your return has been received and processed. Please note that during busy periods, returns processing times may vary due to limitations within our team and external couriers.

PLEASE NOTE: WE UNDERSTAND THAT OUR RETURN COSTS ARE NOT FREE, HOWEVER WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO SECURE YOUR PACKAGE WITH A TRACKING CODE. PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES THAT ARE NOT SHIPPED WITH A SIGNED FOR LABEL.


UAE CUSTOMERS
All we ask is that you return the original packaging to us, making sure the returns form has been completed, clearly indicating your name, order number and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
